Gate Setup
Gate staff check guests in from their own phones using this event's scan link and password. They don't need an ABVENTS account.
Turn on the gate scanner to get a scan link for this event. Staff open the link on their phone and enter the password you give them.

At the gate
- Open the scan link (or scan the QR above) and enter the password.
- Scan the QR code on the guest's card, or type the 6-digit Card ID.
- No card? Search the guest by name and confirm.
- Each card admits once. A second scan is flagged as already checked in.

Check guests in from here when they arrive without a card, or undo a mistaken check-in.
Edit Invitation Details
Add every place guests go to, in order — e.g. the church for the ceremony, then the hall for the reception. Paste a Google Maps link for exact directions, or leave it empty to search by place name.
Guests are asked to answer by this date, but can still answer until the event day. After the event, invitation links expire.
