Do guests need an ABVENTS account to receive their invitation?
No. Guests simply click the link you send via WhatsApp or SMS and see their personalised invitation card with QR code. No app download or account needed.
How does QR check-in work on the day?
Your team opens the ABVENTS venue scanner on any smartphone and scans each guest's QR code as they arrive. The system confirms the guest, marks them as checked-in, and updates your live attendance count.
Can someone share their QR code with another person?
Each QR code is unique and single-use. Once scanned, it cannot be used again. If someone shares their code, the second scan will be flagged as already checked-in.
What if I need to add more guests after creating the event?
You can add guests at any time from your dashboard. Each new guest gets their unique QR code generated instantly. You only spend tokens when you send their invitation — adding guests is always free.
Can I manage multiple events simultaneously?
Yes. Your dashboard lets you create and manage multiple invitation campaigns at the same time — useful if you're hosting multiple events or managing them on behalf of others.
